How can I extract sky from hdri and leave only the upper part (the lower part should be removed)

P.S. I don’t need any details except the sky (I want to remove nature up to horizon and just keep sky) (I only need the sky itself and its lighting) (nothing (or continuation of sky) should fill part of environmental texture because I just want to have a sky horizon and its lighting and these details spoil everything) (and how to fix “sun broblem” (“the only problem with this method is, the sun in the sky moves down as well as you can see above”))

HDRI can be organized and used in image editing programs such as Photoshop.

If you only need the sky in other ways, try Sky Texture.

Alternatively, you can use free Addon.
