How can i make air fx in any renderer types

(first of all i am sorry about my worst English.)

I’ve been practicing to make a airpurifier for 2 weeks.
than this is my results.

i used noise texure shading…
i really don’t wanna use aftereffects.
and nowhere to find the same results nor artworks…
can anyone give me a hints??
