How can i make particle or molecular simulation which fills the ground?

I want to create an animation for my portfolio. There is a shot in which the model bursts out from the particles-filled ground, and these particles make waves like in the sand effect in the Dune movie when the sandworm comes. I tried filling the ground with particles, but it wants more than 120k particles for that, so is there any way I can achieve this result?

I am new to particle physics.
This is the inspiration for the waves effect but I want more control on the ground with lit waves.

Link is unknown, only the pinterest site is linked

  1. Molecular Addon allows particles to detect collisions.

  1. You can use rigid body simulation to fill the box with particles and animate.

  2. How to use geometry nodes (not sure if this is possible, it’s a guess)

Oh sorry for the wrong link, here’s the link https://pin.it/6I23zPKYc .
Yes, I am using molecular+ but I have never used geometry nodes, so idk if I can do it.

For the composition such as the video, please check the possibility by watching the video below. (Geometry Nodes)
