How can i make textures glow? (Blender Internal)

So here is what i mean by that, i have a transparent texture for a model im making. And i want to only make that texture glow in the dark.

That rainbow-ish circle texture is what i want glowing.
Help would be very appreciated!

Can’t test right now, but I’d give the glowy part its own material ID, then create a mask from that ID in post, possibly multiplied with the image color, which is then fed to a glare node.

While i was trying to do that, i just found out how to do it! I just went into the textures settings and clicked “emit” I knew materials had emit but didnt know textures had those. Thank you so much still!
