How can I model this shape?
Trace the outside shape with edges
Trace the inside shape with edges
Bridge them to fill the gap
Extrude to give depth
bevel the edges to make rounded
Add small hemispheres for the dots or just use a normal map texture
Add a rounded box/cylinder to give the part crossing the gap
beginner question but how to you get to edges to begin tracing? I want to also trace a 2d object and extrude to 3d
Do I just add cube and delete all but one vertices and keep extruding that one?
