How can i remove that noises?

I have a little problem with the lightning/ shaders or what causes the problem im looking to fix
it is something with the rays of the lightning i think or false shading

More samples, fewer light bonces, clamping luminosity, denoising, disabling caustics can all reduce noise in renders.
