How can you save a rendered picture on blender?

I have read the tutorial, and I wanted to share my gingerbread man with others, but I can’t seem to be able to save it to my computer… Can anyone please assist me?

After you have pressed f12 to render ,press f3 then you can save the rendered view to required directory.

You have the camera set up just the way you want? And have done test renders to make sure everything is just right? :slight_smile:

Then File>save image and give it a filename (including the “.jpg” extension) and make note of what folder you’re saving it in. That’ll save a .jpg for you so you can send/post it as you want. :slight_smile:

Thanks for the help! :smiley: I also have kinda figured out how to save an animation, but I am still not quite sure if i am doing it right, It works about 90% of the time… If anybody knows how to do it correctly, (unlike me :frowning: ) Please reply!
