How deactivate a transform (location) for a bone apart from locking?

hi…

here in transform panel, location fields XYZ are deactivated
by mizamo rig. My question is,… can i deactivate the same way
for my own made rig whenever i create…

Hi,
The fields are deactivated because the bone is using a Connected parenting method to its parent. When a bone is connected, you can only use the rotation and scale fields. If you want to maintain a bone’s offset to its parent, you can instead use the Child of parenting method. This will allow you to change the bone location as well.
This has to be done in Edit Mode, and the hotkeys for displaying the options are Ctrl+P to make a parent, and Alt+P to remove a parent.
