How do I activate combined manipulator tool?

Hi,

This might be the dullest question of the week, but today I’ve updated my somewhat ancient Blender 2.8 installation and can’t seem to find a way to activate combined transform manipulator anymore, the one that allowed to translate, rotate, and scale without switching tools. There used to be a button for that on the toolbar on the left side but it’s gone now.
