Use the U / Follow Active Quads unwrap option http://blender-manual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/editors/uv_image/uv_editing/unwrapping/mapping_types.html#follow-active-quads
Unwrap one face first as a square and then select all and use the unwrap method

You’ll also need to add transparency to the appropriate areas of the texture
If Saturn supposed to be a background thingie, then go with Richards solution. If you want unlimited resolution disk projection to avoid object/UV restraints, let me or others know. Know that rings are quite tricky to texture correctly, since (if you even bother) unlit, forward and backward scattering maps need to be hacked.
I have already done disk projection, but I have it at home and I’m not sure when I’ll be good to go on that. For the “which texture to use when” thing, I’ll probably have to spend quite some time figuring out that for myself. I’ve done it in the past, but not for Blender.
