How do I get rid of this pole without creating an n-gon or just moving it somewhere else?

You can’t, you can’t diverge edge flow like this without a 5-pole

Yeah, you can move a 5-pole, but you can’t remove it

Ooops, I misread “or just moving it somewhere else?” as how to move it somewhere else, not how to avoid moving it and just get rid of it. Sorry Angelyn, can’t be done, details in the post I linked to above.
