How do I get rid of the black dots on my orange? Basically I want it higher quality, even though I realize render is only set to 50%, I’d like a fully orange orange. I’m very new to cycles and have no idea :s. Attached is my image and the .blend file. All help is appreciated!

Welcome to Cycles! For cycles to get a “cleaner” render, it has to calculate more samples per pixel. Your file is set to the default of 10, which is quite low. In the properties panel, visit the Render settings tab (camera icon), and find the Integrator section. Under that is a Samples area for both Render and Preview. Set the “Render” sample setting to 150 to get a much better render.
