How do i join these two meshes?

I want to delete the selected vertices, and join the rest (to the left) with the eyeball, how do i do this?

press X to delete, then select the loops from the eyeball and the… other… part… and press space, and search “Bridge Edge Loops”. this ONLY works if you have an EQUAL amount of vertexes on both sides.

Alt + Leftclick to select loops.

alt + shift + leftclick to select another loop.

either that, or do this:

Select 4 vertexes:

press F to make a face:

and tap F to add faces:
