Quick question. Is there a way to make the faces that are drawn and encircled in the picture the exact same size as the one I’ve drawn an arrow on?

I also have the option to scale them simultaneously, but I want them to stay in their places and only scale in the X-axis, yet it’s not working for me.
If you choose the Individual Origins, you can adjust it the same way.

…and additionally resticting it to the X-axis… yes…
And for the other question…i never heard of something like for example “resize to a total width of 10cm”…and then also doing this individially for any "selection cluster: of vertices/edges or faces…
…or something like “resize those to a min/average/max size of the selected sub selections”…
…but indeed… this sometimes would be handy…
