My last thread was closed. How do I start a new thread
This thread began with some basic questions related to coming from sketch up to blender, and trying to understand some of the concepts.
We have reached the point where it’s now becoming a daily exploration of the tools, and needing assistance with each of them.
While the support section exists specifically to offer support, it is not meant to be a substitution for a user learning on their own, or an online continuous classroom.
So with the above in mind, I recommend you now to start to utilize the existing threads here via the search feature, youtube tutorials, as well as the blender manual to learn more about using the software and the techniques.
If you have a very specific question on the use of a tool, feel free to start a new thread. But I am closing this one for the reasons given above.
Read this. Understand what’s being said, and then simply start a new one (as you’ve just done, btw) with this in mind.
But what I was trying to ask is where do I go to start a new thread? I am not even sure how I started this one. Is there somewhere where there is a “New Topic” link? I have not been seeing it.
Since I got the previous reply though, it also makes me wonder how I quote something from another thread.
