I wan wondering if anyone knows a way of making particles spawn on an object that is being duplicated by a particle emitter. What I’m trying to do is make particle petals that slowly burn up with smoke Sim but I need to have particles going across that petal.

maybe if you convert the particles to mesh ( in the modifiers panel )
I’m trying to get the animation of the parent particles so I can mix different forces with them though. I came up with something that sort of did work but I couldn’t get it to do exactly what I wanted. I used a particle instance modifier but the particles would only spawn on the newest parent particle spawned. sadface
