How do you move mirrored UVs exactly 1 unit in Blender?

I was looking for a tutorial/guide on the title question but couldn’t find one as clear as I need. Can anyone of you good people share a step by step how do it?

Does this help:

Go to UV 2D view, activate transform tool, drag it a bit, expand the properties panel in the lower left corner and enter your values.

Thank you, guys! Moved those islands that needed to be but I got this weird issue. Any idea how to fix that?

I think you have to finalize your UV’s before you bake and you changed them after baking.

I have. I basically baked my mesh with some parts cut out first in order to have my maps and then mirror what’s missing and replace the mesh with the symmetrical one in Painter. I just don’t get why I have those artifacts after I do it, though cause the arms for instance are also mirrored but they are fine.

I really don’t know, maybe just a lucky chance.

TexTools does a have an UV Inspect function: Flipped UVs…

Beware it’s 1.5 already see github SavMartin/TexTools-Blender/releases …
