Since I could not get a good picture of Lara Croft or that I can’t align them properly to actually redo my old post " modelling Lara Croft", I decided to put this two upload up too so that you can tell wat u feel about the face since from the last upload I can conclude that my problem is actually on the face . I need comments on this one too so that I will really know how to generally improve my modelling skills along side texturing too.
If this is meant to be a female face, then you might want to consider making the jaw line more narrow. Also, the nose is a bit too wide at the bottom. Hope this helps 
You should make it more feminine. Yes, you should make the jawline narrow and the nose needs some tweaking. I suggest you ask a female friend to use her face as reference.
