The model itself? Either model it by hand from references, or find a similar model online and use ‘decimate’ to reduce it down to a low poly look.

Then bevel modifier to give the slightly rounded edges, and a simple metallic material with a bit of roughness.

If you are refering to making that an actual 3d object…then activate the save Paper model addon.
Take the model you want to create and make sure to triangulate it…make sure it has a decent UV map with seams…
Save as Paper Model will give you options in the save dialogue…I use SVG, as I can edit afterward in Inkscape…
Monkey …and flattened to SVG imported …

Print on 199 G/sm / 110 lb- Card stock…and cut out the pieces and fold/glue etc…
