How many developers use cython for addons?

I’m just wondering how many people here use cython for their addons.

I like it because it can give C-level performance, but the issue is that I cant make builds for mac without owning one, I wonder of anyone who develops using cython knows of a way to build and test extensions for mac without owning one yourself.

If you’re on GitHub, then you can build on Linux, Mac, and Windows for freeish if the repo is public. Otherwise you have to pay, but you do get some credits for free per month.
