how many time take in appears a new post?

i posted two days ago my first post in the Game Engine contest, but isn´t visible yet. How many time it take in appears? i want to enter in the contest and the limit date is 16 March.

You can’t post pictures or links until you have a larger post count.
If you were trying to post an image or link, I would try posting again without it, then adding it later.

ahh, i did read that for the new users need to be aproved by moderators until the post is visible.
