I tried different ways, with dispersion, with interference layers, but I did not succeed. I’m sure it’s easier than it looks, right?

The material on cars looks a bit more clear, more iridescent… Not easy to describe it. Like a transparent film on a mirror base, no? 
What you’re seeing are reflections- put any of the above shaders in a scene with an HDRI and you’ll get the effect you want
