How to Animate a Lip Ring To Move with Mouth Morphs?

I have created a lip ring for a character. I need for the lip ring to follow the movements of the character’s mouth as this will be an animated work. Like, when I use the shape key morph for let’s say, ‘Mouth Open’, how can I get the lip ring to follow the ‘Mouth Open’ morph?

And, because the lip ring also includes a chain attachment, is there any way that I can get the chain to swing with the movements of the character?

The lip ring, and each chain link need to be separate objects. Select the lip ring, then shift select the face and <tab> into edit mode. Select the nearest vertex on the lip and do Ctrl-P to parent the lip ring to that vertex. Then use a rigid body sim on the chain links, and let the physics engine handle the chain.
