How to aply uv map to model to texture it?

I’m currently trying to apply a UV map to my model so it has some colors and textures but I don’t know how to apply it. Here’s the UV map

What do you mean exactly by apply UV?
Did you open the UV window and unwrap your model? If so than the UV is now part of the model. Same if you unwrapped in another software. UV just tells where the texture or color goes.

If you mean you just want to add textures to your model…then you need to be in either the Texture Paint window or in the Shading. Texture Paint allows you to paint directly on the UV or Model, and Shader for adding Procedural or imported textures…

have you tried the shader editor…enter it with a single section of your mesh selected, and select New and add a base color on the Principled Node…and yes go to Youtube…
