  1. Make a cube.

  2. Parent it to the foot bone. (Or whatever.)

  3. Disable rendering on it, in any of about a bazillion ways.

  4. Give it rigid body physics. Check “animated.” (For performance purposes, make its collision body “box.” Or don’t, whatever.)
