How to convert caf to aiff, m4a, mp3, wav, wma?

I just find a step by step guide on how to convert all kinds of CAF audio including 6 channel CAF (CAF with 5.1 surround sound) to MP3

Besides converting CAF to MP3, this guide also applies to convert CAF to lossless audio like Convert CAF to Apple Lossless ALAC, Monkey’ audio APE, FLAC, WAV and etc. It also can convert CAF to AIFF, AU, RA, M4A, AC3, ACC, WMA, MP2, DTS, OGG and etc.
