How to create realistic sand?

Hi,
still working on my newest animation project. This time i need help with creating REALLY realistic sand? That’s even not the biggest problem: i want to create à whole island so i don’t want to wait hours while rendering just the sand…

Please help me, wingblow.

Hello Wingblow. Easy way to make sand is to use textures on a subdivided plane. Like this.
