How to do mirroring weights

i have painted weights left side. want to mirror it to right side.
is there any method to do it…

plz guide…

As far i know, there is 3 methods you can using for mirror weight:

1. Weight Paint Mode-> Options->Options->X Mirror:
   
   
2. Mirror Modifier->Vertex Group:
   
   
3. Properties->Data->Vertex Groups->Mirror Vertex Group:
   
   

You can also use Topology Mirror instead if your model has slightly unsynmetrize (Not recommened because may lead to unexpected result).
