Hi guys, I have question how I can to do portal in blender ,I want to this portal can look similar like this:

This is ever possible?

I think the easy way to do this, unless you plan on animating it is to grab any-one of the free spiral transparent .pngs or vectors and plug-in like this to you mesh…
