How to fix Blender's geometry node sample file "Scattering Flowers"?

Hi I’m a beginner and am studying other peoples’ blender files in order to learn from them. Blender shared a sample file that I’d love to examine, called “Scattering Flowers” (available for download on this developer page) and it’s not working for me.

This is what their render looks like:

My render directly after opening their file:

What I see when I open their file:

What do I need to change so that my render matches theirs? I’m on version 2.92.0. Thanks!

Hi,

I also have 2.92 and have the same issue. To me it looks like you need 2.93 or later as I am also seeing red “undefined” nodes. So looks like some of the functionality is missing, dangit. Might have to wait till we install 2.93 or later.

@pxlpaul I thought that might be the case and I think you’re right. I’ll revisit this when I’m on version 2.93. Thanks!
