Hi there, I accidentally pushed “3d full view” from the compositing screen and now all menu options and buttons have dissapeared. Can someone advise on what keys i can press to get back to the normal layout?
You mean “view” -> “toggle full screen” in the node editor ?
If it’s that, CTRL+UP arrow should get back into previous display
But in toggle fullscreen view there are still the menu button in top and bottom, and a “back to previous” button
No there wasnt such buttons for me, nothing but the actual 3d view. I am still stuck however, i pressed the four views button and now have 4 3d views. I have tried starting a new scene, but it doesnt change at all (i pressed CTRL+U as a google result said to try that). I have tried restarting blender and it brings me back to that very scene, in that very layout. I am now stuck because there isnt a simple button to do this XD
Try the following.
Press SPACE , type “factory” in the search bar
Click on the Load Factory Setting that appears.
By the way, CTRL+U is Save User setting
So by doing that you saved your bad interface as being the default Blender interface at each launch. Explaining why each time you launch Blender you end into the same thing.
So once you have the default factory settings applied, press CTRL+U (or File -> Save User Settings) to avoid getting back to the twilight zone in your next Blender launch
Just hit F11 you are in full screen mode. It takes away all your tools and menus.
