how to get feet and inches in n panel ?

is there any addon or script
to see dim in feet and inches in n panel done yet ?
and may be more then one way
like

12.34 feet or 12 feet 4 inches 1/8 "

in Properties > Scene > Units : select Imperial

will this show feet or only yard in N panel ?

also can we get feetin fraction or as feet and inches and 1/8 or 1/16?
