Blender 4.2 LTS now comes with only a handful of addons in the install.
Almost all of the addons you’re used to are gone now, and can be found on the Extensions website. Directly via the properties panel or the website.
To have dedicated setups with addons for specific versions of Blender, look into Script folders.
