How to keep particles from rotating after hitting collision?

It’s a bit more complex then what the title says. What I have here is a 360 turntable animation. Everything rotates. (Not the camera)

I have cards as particles that randomly rotate while falling onto the stand where there is a collision that stops them. They almost stick to the 360 rotating stand but, they very slowly slide off of it.
Another problem is that the particles continue to randomly rotate after hitting the collision. I just want the particles/cards to stop rotating and lay flat and follow the stand’s rotation perfectly if possible.

I’ve tried increasing the rigid body frictions to a ridiculous number but, no effect.
I do have one card that’s being used for the particles and it does everything perfect except that I can’t give it a continuous random rotation while it’s falling.

I’m using Blender 3.6
