How to make Chalk Zone style outlines

In the show Chalk Zone the characters and objects made with chalk have this effect on it and I’d like to be able to make something similar

You could use freestyle with texture or the freestyle mask in the compositor.

I hve the addon Outline Helper so i can rasily make the outlines using any material i make. but i need help figuring out how to make the chalk like material haha

I would use noise and 1 or 2 wave and mix them, here is an example:
