If you use the projection painting feature, you can just create a blank image in the UV editor, map it to the object, set the image for painting on in texture paint mode and then airbrush words or scribbles on it like people with real graffiti.
Try it and see if it’s what you’re looking for.
you mean drawing in the style of graffiti? theres a few tutorials around, try dragonart.com they have quite a few graffiti how to videos.
