How to make skinned hose like in video

Hi i would like to know how to create skinned hose in Blender 2.83 for exporting to Giants Editor (Farming simulator 22). How to set armatures? It is main bottom hose.

It depends on what Farming Simulator supports, and I don’t know anything about that.

However, most games are going to support armature deformation with baked animations. In that case, I would approach this problem by creating an appropriate curve object, hooking its ends and parenting those hooks to bones in my armature, then creating a chain of spline IK bones to follow that curve object, and then weighting my hose mesh to those bones. Then, when the animation is complete, bake to visual keyframes with disable constraints, although that bake is often included in any export, so you may not need to do it explicitly.
