Maybe a simple color contrast node before the emission strength input (at your favorit spot) can help.
Other ideas are gamma,power math node etc

You can also just make the color ramp gradations sharper by adding a second point with the same color and sliding it towards it’s twin. That’s how I would do it from the setup I can see.
If you post the blend file I can have a closer look, pretty sure since youre feeding color ramps with noises that’s basically exactly what you wanna do and while being a little finnicky, you can a) widen teh color ramp node for more control and b) it uses less processing than adding an extra contrast node.
