How to moddeling a propeller.?

I can’t make a propeller from array like this

I tried to make propeller many time, please help me

Doing Array is fine for the end assembly. You just need to form the blade properly. They are nothing more then twisted airfoil cross section. Root section is more beefy and has more “bite” in to incoming air. Tip is thinner and twisted with less “bite”. The whole idea is that when blade spins, the tip is traveling lot faster then the root. So it does not need to “bite” into air as much to produce needed lift.
