How to move the view in Blender 2.8 2d

I am new to Blender and i have problem with moving my view when i am drawing in 2d. Yes, i can use this little hand icon, but is there any other way to move through the scene?

Press shift and middle mouse button.

It’s like in 3D, Mouse Wheel Button to rotate, or SHIFT + Mouse Wheel Button to translate in camera plane

These controls work in every panel to orientate. You can scale with Ctrl and MMB f.e. Just try different combinations with shift, Ctrl and alt and MMB in every window.
