How to "point distribute" , "attribute randomize" and "point instance" (geo nodes) in v3.0?

Per Title, how do i do what these did now? See screenshot for how these were being used (randomize buildings and scale them randomly a little:

How is this done from blender 3.0?

At last i’m playing around a bit more with GN… luckily i didn’t do to much in 2.9 so i don’t have to relearn :wink: … maybe this one can help?
