How to properly add a specular map?

Hello! I have a specular map, and i want it to look like this:




But in cycles it looks like this! How to i fix it? (And dragging the lower image texture to the color of the glossy shader won’t solve the problem, because i want a white shine).

you had the right idea btw, just didnt connect the nodes right!
