I am using a tablet so I don’t have a mouse wheel.
I’d really like to rebind ‘number of cuts’ to something easier to access.
“S”+ drag left right (like how the bevel tool works) would be ideal
but if that’s not possible how to go about just rebinding at all?

By default the + and - keys increase/decrease number of cuts. If yoour keyboard does not have a numpad then enable the ‘emulate numpad’ option in user preferences or use settings in operator panel
Fair enough, but is there a way to actually rebind it? Maybe with scripting?
