how to report bugs in 2.6 ?

i treid to use the link in help menu and get to a page which list the bugs

but then don’t see any add new bugs button and when i try to log in
it’s refusing my name or password ?

was there any change done to this so we have to re create a new password may be
and where is the add new bug button ?

sorry i found the problem

seems that the add new appear only when your log in

and it appear i aad 2 password in my notefile and i used the wrong one!
