How to return the camera to normal after pressing Shift + F

Hi everyone, this is probably a really silly question, but I cannot find out how to return the camera back to normal after pressing Shift + F.

I moved it around a bit and then when I unclicked it will only zoom in a small amount, and it has a strange angle.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset the camera back to the standard so I can zoom in to an object without strange angles and it limiting my scroll.

Escape I believe will do it. then num pad number for whatever view you wish to return to.
