How to set up textures with alpha

I’ve created a normal, roughnes and diffuse map with blender. I’ve a uv unwrapped model. How do I setup these maps but transparency checked?
I can setup the diffuse map like here, but how do I a fix the others:

these are the textures (its partly tranparent):

Your transparency is a black and white mask, so you use the color, not the alpha. Something like this:

Thanks for helping out but it did not work for me:

Its not transparent between the teeth.


Maybe share the project is there is something else up with it that is not explained or we don’t see.

Thanks guys it works. I forgot that my diffuse was actually transparent not really black and white.
