Hello i am new in drive rigging
I was rigging the wheels using the driver, but suddenly the wheels spinning backwards.

You’re basically asking blender to take the float number of your cube translation and paste it into the wheel rotation.
Blender doesn’t care about the orientation you want, it’s just doing a copy paste, if you want it to spin the other way, just “edit driver”, change “type” from “average value” to “scripted expression” and write “-” (minus) before your variable in “expression”
