How to subdivide texture ??

I everyone…I’m new here…very nice forum…

So there is the problem…I’m doing a lot of architectural stuff in blender. But I’m not able to subdivide a face to asign it different textures…I explain…If I have a cube and I want to apply different textures to each faces, how I do this ???
