How to use cycles textures with BGE?

So Im rather new to this whole cycles thing but I really want to learn how to make my game look as nice as possible. I have heard you can bake textures onto meshes in order to get high quality looking textures but im not really sure how this works.
Are there any good tutorials out there that will explain how I can learn to incorporate cycles into BGE in such a way that I can pull out efficient and good looking textures complete with normals, specs, AOs, ect?
Any input would be gladly appreciated as i just have no idea where to start with this.
