how to use 'N' on muti-vertice in Edit mode?

Who know the easy way to set Z Value of 30 vertice on a curve to fixed value such 1? Transform properties is time spent work one vert by one.

Select vertices, snap cursor to vertices, press .
scale Z = 0

now give the value you want
